Yeah, still here. I’ve had tons of out of town visitors the last few weeks and not much time to mess around with this blog. All that extra cooking and cleaning and socializing sure takes up some valuable knitting time. Gah.
I made the girlbaby a sweater using Yarn Bee Mosaic Twist yarn, size 15 needles, and the Jiffy Baby Sweater pattern. Lucky me, she banged her head on a table just before taking this, so we have the nice eyebrow bruise. She’s not the most coordinated 1 1/2 year old ever.

A few pair of these slippers whipped out on the loom almost according to the pattern here. This one is the first of the pair I am working on now – the cuff is a bit longer, heel a bit deeper, and the entire thing knit in ribbing so it is nice and thick and cozy.

My big project is this giant boxy sweater just for me. Yep, me. Not having much bulky yarn around, I dug three different yarns out of stash and am working with those. It is turning out very pretty, in my ever so humble opinion.

There may not be any new patterns up here until after the dreaded holidays. Sorry. Trying to cling to my last few nerves and all.
