One down, ? to go?

Finished the first chemo cap finally.

And started another immediately, in a slightly different shade of blue. It seems I put all the rest of this yarn in a box for my sister’s group to use. I like blue. It’s all good.

In non-knitting news, Episode 3 of the podcast is up. This was by far the most fun to do, and probably the biggest mess. Mess suits us.

Almost felt like knitting socks today, but the weather heated up and I got over it. Soon, sockies, soon I will return to you…

The Super Secret Project!

Finally arrived and can be revealed. I have merely a photo of the thneed, to see it in action they actually made a video of receiving it at the Lifted Lorax Show. It is definitely worth watching!

Almost done with the blue chemo cap. I got too sleepy to keep track of my decreases last night and had to put it down.

I will finish that as soon as we are done recording episode two!

Still no knitting

It’s episode one of the not about knitting, bad words using podcast! Yay!

She is studying to be a radiation therapist and I am collecting hats for her clinic.

More bad stuffed animals of days gone by

How hard could sock animals be? I adore sock monkeys. I have sewing skills. I thought I could do this. These are just a couple more examples of stuff at which I suck.

ANYWAY.

Still working on the chemo cap. I did get distracted, but I can’t yet post the picture of what distracted me. It’s a surprise you see. The surprise bit should be over this weekend, Monday at the latest, and then I can post that.

I have also been bitten by the podcasting bug, and will be attempting to record the first episode of our podcast tonight. It isn’t about knitting. Hardly. Seriously. We say bad words, too. You have been warned.
