Shazam!

Ok, I’m kind of oblivious to my physical surroundings. I realize that. So yesterday when we went out in the front yard, it too me a minute to notice one of the trees was a little bit…broken. We’ve had a lot of rough storms blowing trees down right and left lately, so I thought well, our turn.

Helpful neighbor man came over and cut the branch down for us today so the city can haul it away. Not wind. Lightning. My tree was hit by lightning. The tree right outside my house. Ack.

So yeah, I took a bunch of pictures, because I’m a freak like that. Even freakier, I went out to the brush pile and dragged the burned branch back into the garage. I don’t want to get rid of it. Why? I don’t know. I just like it.

In a totally un-tree related note, I can drag and drop from Flickr to the Flock editor? So cool. So lazy.
